Prof. K.K. Ahuja is presently Advisor and Head Operations, Napino Auto and Electronics Ltd. He has an experience of more than 40 years of experience in HR at both strategies and operational levels in Indian and Multinational companies in Engineering, Pharmaceutical, chemical, Textile, Consumer Durable.

He is presently MD of "HR GURU" a consulting organization is a well-known specialist in Indian industry in the field of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Development.

He has been involved in the areas of Competence Profiling, formulating HR & IR policies, Design and Development of Assessment centers and development center, knowledge management and Behavioral Leadership Framework.

He was the Director on the board of various companies of Dalmia Group - Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Ltd. (GHCL), Colwell & Salmon Communications India Ltd, Dalmia Brothers and Sree Meenakshi Mills Ltd.

He was the General Manager - Human Resource of Usha International and Chief Personnel Division of Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals (IDPL).

He is a qualified Management Professional and has done B.Sc., B.E. (Mechanical), Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, Master of Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University and M.S. (Industrial Relations) from Templeton College, Oxford U.K. besides possessing Diploma in Labour Laws from Indian Institute of Law.

Mr. Ahuja is a visiting faculty for industries, institutes & university and contributed articles & chapter in professional journals & books. He has presented papers at ARTDO international conferences at Bali Indonesia, Penang & Malaysia. He is the author of 15 books on management.
